We have eliminated the restrictive and complicated multiple pipes and fittings which you may have seen in the past. The second thing to notice is that the air is being injected into the Power Pipe, not being forced down the inside of the pipe with obstructive air lines. These major design points, which are unique to Nor Cal Vortex, are what create its large vortex and efficient high-volume mixture flow through the system.


Strength and durability: The induction tank mounts on a custom heavy duty steel stand with adjustable feet. The Power Pipe assembly is mounted through this stand for strength and durability.


Easy cleaning: Our brewer's elegant high-flow design is easy to disassemble and clean; especially when compared to multi-pipe designs. There is only one powerful low-restrictive re-circulation assembly (or Power Pipe). This assembly has no air lines or air stones inside the pipe or brewer to clog, fail or obstruct the mixture flow. We also incorporate a large 1 1/2" commercial ball valve for easy draining and cleaning. All that's needed to clean your system is a pipe brush and 5/16 nut driver, included with your purchase.


Turnkey: This system is made in the USA and is complete and ready to go to work for you.
